Organic Matcha-Green Tea Powder Review

Disclosure: I got this product for free for my evaluation and a review.   Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

According to the package this Matcha tea powder does all of the following:

  • All day energy with increase focus
  • Improved Skin and health
  • Metabolism boost
  • 137x The antioxidants of brewed Green Tea

As I am having my daily ice cold soothing Matcha green-tea smoothie (with a banana, blended in my blender with some ice cubes) Sometimes I put a handful of blueberries in the blender as well to increase anti -oxidants. I am happy to say that I am going to be buying more of this product as it has become a source of energy that I need.

I have daily online projects and postings to handle and with this drink, first thing in the morning, I find that as my day goes on I am better focused to do these things at hand.  I feel an increase in my metabolism and I'm finding that I only drink one cup of coffee a day.  Don't get me wrong, I loved that second cup because I love coffee, but I long to drink this smoothie each morning instead of that second cup.

As we're approaching winter, I will be choosing a hot drink to have as I can alternate with my smoothie. I can have the tea as is (because there is no bitter taste) or I can have some other recipes that I googled. I received a free matcha recipe guide ebook with purchase that is emailed after purchase. There are 50 plus recipes!

The directions say to use 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon daily.  I opted for the 1/2 teaspoon in just plain water.  I know you can use it to make desserts, sprinkle over food, make green tea lattes, it seems the possibilities are endless!

Seems like it's a good source of energy as I read your review. It has made me interested in it. I think I'll look for something similar I can buy over here. Well written

Another great product and I know that Carolyn does drink this daily. also because most recipes only use 1/2 teaspoon, a single package will last you for quite a while.

Sounds great! Sometimes if I drink too much coffee, it just gives me the jitters (and anxiety) instead of the boost I'm looking for. Does this have that effect on you? I know it's packed with antioxidants...what a great way to pack those into the diet. Well written review. I may just have to give this a try. Thanks!
